Two of mine were the same. There is just enough space to drill them out and use a Helicoil insert to fix them. You will be ok driving it as long as you don't do anything too outrageous to it, as two of mine were like that for quiet a while. Take one of the bolts to an auto parts store and get the right size insert and drill to fix it. Be careful when you drill as there is the backside of the inside drive line hump close to where the bolts go in.
